Penn College junior outfielder Zachary Weil has been named this week's PSUAC Player of the Week for baseball as a hitter. Weil hit .389 (7-18) over seven games, with a double, triple, and home run. He also recorded 12 RBI's, and scored six runs.

Greater Allegheny senior pitcher Braedon Penningtom has been named this week's PSUAC Player of the Week for baseball as a pitcher. Pennington went 2-0 on the week, pitching two complete games in the process. Through his 14 innings, he surrendered just eight hits and zero runs, while striking out 16.

Mont Alto freshman outfielder/third baseman Sarah Bortner has been named this week's PSUAC Player of the Week for softball as a hitter. Bortner hit .455 (5-11) through four games, and clubbed four home runs. She also slugged an astounding 1.545, and drove in six runs.

week's PSUAC Player of the Week for softball as a pitcher.
Stopper went 1-0 through two appearances on the week, including a
complete game shutout against Hazleton. She allowed just
three hits, while striking out seven.
