Greater Allegheny sophomore Rachel Ramsey has been named this week's PSUAC Student-Athlete of the Week for women's cross country. In her one race, Ramsey broke her own record at Westmoreland County Community College by finishing the course with a time of 20:22. Her first-place finish shaved 31 seconds off the previous record.
