2016 Fall Championships in the Books

State College, PA-  Wednesday, November 2nd marked the end to the 2016 Fall PSUAC Championship season.  On Wednesday night, the PSUAC Championships were held for Men's and Women's Soccer, as well as women's Volleyball.

First up on the day, Men's Soccer.  #3 seeded Penn State Hazleton took on #1 seeded Penn State Brandywine in the final.  The match was played at the West Campus Turf field in State College, PA.  Brandywine walked away a 1-0 winner, capturing their 3 title in four years.

Immediately following the men's game; the women took to the pitch.  #2 seeded Scuylkill took on the #1 seeded Brandywine.  Brandywine again took the match 1-0.  This is the second time the men's and women's trophy will be housed in the same gym (2015/PSU Beaver). 

In Rec Hall, the 2016 PSUAC Volleyball Championship capped both the day's and season's events.  #3 seeded Mont Alto took on #1 seeded Fayette.  Fayette took the match 3-0.  This was Fayette's 10th title in 12 years; as well as 7th in the last 8.

1. Mont Alto-26
2. Brandywine- 25.5
