2013 Outlook: Penn State York continues to struggle with recruiting and retention on their

baseball team. Several strong freshmen that were on the squad last year have not returned for

various reasons. Additionally, many strong returners in the upper classman ranks were unable

to maintain eligibility. Consequently, the bulk of the squad is first year players. It should be an

interesting year as there is much potential but little experience. The big question is can they

step up to the plate at this level.
