Fayette Ends Skid with 102-53 Win Over New Kensington

Lemont Furnace, Pa. -- Penn State Fayette had five players in double figures as the Roaring Lions snapped their five-game losing streak with a 102-53 win over Penn State New Kensington at home on Wenesday.'

Ryan Hart (Pittsburgh, Pa.) netted a double-double, scoring 18 and pulling down 14 rebounds. Senior David Winns (Washington, D.C.) scored 18 and in the process broke the school's all-time career scoring record. He laos pulled down eight rebounds.

Dierre Jenkins (Uniontown, Pa.) was a perfect 6-6 from the field, including 4-4 from behind the three-point line en route to a 16-point performance. Brandon Cunningham (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) added 15 and Tony Bristol (Charleroi, Pa.) added 11.

James Pratt (Uniontown, Pa.) added eight assists for the Roaring Lions.

For New Kensington, Daryl Harrington led all scorers with 25 points while Jordan Buchanich added 11 and Rashon Boone 10.

Fayette will host Penn State Schuylkilll on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
