WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Junior David Munn (Athens) snagged 13 saves to help the Pennsylvania College of Technology men's soccer team to a 1-0 win over Albright College. The 13 are a season and career high for Munn in a game that is the Wildcats' seventh straight. Junior Christopher Brennan (New Hope) notched the game winner as the team improves to 7-1-1 overall.
Brennan's goal came early in the game in the 10th when he sent a shot into goal that just went through the keeper's hands. Despite Albright (6-3) outshooting the Wildcats 22 to 12, Munn and the defense stepped up with key saves and blocks to hold on for victory.
Penn College next travels to Wilkes University on Thursday, Sept. 27 for a 7 p.m. match.
