Penn State Brandywine celebrates it's seniors at the last home game of regular season play, Saturday, February 2.
Emily Lawry-Thompson a two year player at Brandywine was honored by her team and coach as "a player that will do anything for her team and anything to win." Lawry-Thompson has been a solid member of the women's basketball team and has led through her steady character and ever present aggressive play.
Bobbi Caprice a four year starter from Marple Newtown has been the heart and soul of Brandywine's basketball program for the past four years. Athletic Director, Jim Gastner says "This is one of the moments you live for working in Brandywine Athletics, getting to honor a student-athlete who has defined our program."
Lawry-Thompson and Caprice will be missed by coaches, teammates and the Brandywine Athletic Staff. It has been an honor to know you both and we wish you all the best in your future!
