Finally starting conference games, Brandywine volleyball geared up to face it's 2011 league rival PSU Mont Alto. After a heart break loss in the quarter finals last year, Brandywine was ready for redemption.
Brandywine came out strong at point one and took control of Mont Alto's home court. Leading the front row was sophomore Brandy Flowers with seven kills and freshman Corey Young with five. Miranda Biondi had 24 assists and five service aces in the 3-0 win over Mont Alto.
Looking to continue to win Brandywine faces DuBois on Sunday for their second conference match up before hosting Penn State Schuylkill on Tuesday, September 25 at 7 PM.
