Men’s Runner of the Week 3

Matthew O, Penn State Schuylkill

Fourth Year

Schuylkill Haven, Pa.

Matthew O improved his career best time at the LVC Dutchman Invitational with a time of 29:38.79. He ran at an average pace of 5:57 per mile. O was the 2023 PSUAC Cross

Country invitational runner up and was named the 2023 track and field team MVP for Penn State Schuylkill.

Alexis Colasurdo improved on her time from the 2023 Cougar Classic by more than two minutes, finishing the 6K course in 35:12 on a hot, humid day in northeastern Pennsylvania.
