PSUAC Members Begin adidas Era

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State University Athletic Conference and its members begin a new era with adidas, who became the conference's primary uniform, apparel and ball provider beginning July 1, 2026. 

The 10-year agreement provides all PSUAC members with unique access to adidas products, along with significant benefits meant to enhance the experience of all student-athletes in the conference. BSN Sports, the PSUAC's official athletics equipment supplier, will continue in its capacity and serve as the direct supplier of adidas apparel and equipment to members.

"We are excited to join Penn State Athletics in our new partnership with adidas," said Director of Commonwealth Campus Athletics Maureen Cooper. "adidas will offer our campuses opportunities to expand their reach and outfit our students in the best gear available."

Penn State Commonwealth Campuses, including the remaining 11 PSUAC campuses, will begin shifting to adidas uniforms in 2026-2027, with full implementation for all campuses and teams by the end of the 2027-2028 academic year. Student-athletes, coaches and staff will exclusively wear adidas products for uniforms, practice gear, travel apparel, and other items.

In addition, adidas becomes the official ball of the PSUAC in the sports of men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball.

"Consistent use of the famous Penn State athletic marks strengthens the Penn State brand and enhances the image of Commonwealth Campus intercollegiate athletics," added Cooper. "Our partnership with adidas provides campuses with the opportunity to present a unified visual identity that reinforces and advances the Penn State brand."
