Wrestling: Hart Places Eighth as Wildcats Finish 20th at NCWA Nationals

ALLEN, Texas - At the National Collegiate Wrestling Association (NCWA) National Championships, Pennsylvania College of Technology freshman Ryan Hart (Wyalusing) finished eighth at the 133 division and earned All-American status for the first time in his career. The Wildcats placed 20th out of the 30 Division I teams in attendance at the tournament held in Allen, Texas. California Baptist College took the top spot over second place McKendress University.

 

Hart finished out the tournament losing in a hard fought 7-1 decision against Cincinnati's Tyler Regan. He is the top finisher for the Wildcats.

 

In total, 77 teams from across the country attended the three-day tournament.
